Nicole Wang

Founder & CEO

Nicole has over 15 years of experience in investment and capital markets and is responsible for the overall investment strategy and decision-making of Y Capital. Nicole started her career as a private banker at JPMorgan after graduating from Macquarie University with a Master of Finance degree. Leveraging her post-graduate education and the valuable experience gained at JPMorgan, Nicole decided to fulfill her entrepreneurial ambitions and established Global International Credit Group Limited focusing on credit lending in Hong Kong where she successfully publicly listed the company on the mainboard of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

During her career development journey, Nicole also obtained the degree of Master of Science in Management from Stanford University where she also deepened her knowledge of the US market.

Nicole has extensive investment experience in multi-asset classes, covering property, equities, fixed income, private credit, and alternative investments like private equity and venture capital investment.

Natalie Yip

Director & CFO

Natalie has over 15 years of experience in professional accounting and financial advisory services and is responsible for the supervision of investment management of Y Capital. Natalie has extensive experience in investment advisory and has been involved in various local and cross-border M&A transactions covering various industries.

Natalie obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree in Account and Finance and Master of Commerce degree in Funds Management from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
